Our First Wedding

What a beautiful wedding day!

Saturday, May 22, we celebrated our first wedding and it couldn’t have been a more lovely day. We learned a lot that day and enjoyed every moment! First thing we learned was that it took a small army to get it done! Having a day of coordinator, was literally a lifesaver for our bride and groom. Our friends at the Historic White Oak Farm, a nearby venue,(gorgeous BTW) advised us that we would want a day of coordinator for our venue, we were so happy that we were given that advice, but we had no idea how happy until the day of the wedding when everything ran like clock work, thanks to all the double & triple checking that our coordinator, Angie, did with all the vendors and important details weeks in advance. If you’d like to be married here, we would be happy to introduce you to our coordinator on staff Angie Scott, she’s AMAZING! We are happy if you have your own coordinator to bring, but you must have a day of coordinator to be married here, you will be overjoyed that you did. On your wedding day you do not want to be thinking of all the details, lost vendors calling for directions, or who is suppose to be where and when, believe me, there will be surprises, and when there are, your coordinator will be there to take care of every one!

Moving on… The grass was green, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, and the bride and groom were stunning!! Every vendor shined! Literally it was perfection!! We are so thankful to every family member and friend that made this beautiful day a success, and let me tell you there were MANY!! We couldn’t have done this without the love and care of our dear families & friends that volunteered their precious time to pull this day together just under the wire!! We are looking forward to many more celebrations here at Cedar Bay Farm, praying they are all just as sweet!
