Our Season of Operation is May-October only. We can seat up to 126 guests for dinner.
13 hours of exclusive use of Cedar Bay Farm’s historic barn and 10 acres of property, additionally, 1 hour of rehearsal time the week of your wedding.
You have the choice of ceremony sites on our 10 acres of beautiful property. Come take a leisurely stroll with us around the grounds and select the perfect spot that aligns with your unique vision for your special day.
An elegant creek-side wooden arbor, surrounded by the serene sounds of nature, is available for your picturesque ceremony site at Cedar Bay Farm.
Old stone cocktail & appetizer area with custom bar is nestled behind the lower level of the barn, creating a rustic and charming atmosphere for guests to mingle and enjoy delicious drinks and appetizers. Our barn wood tables, chairs, and cocktail tables are thoughtfully provided, adding to the cozy and inviting setting for your event.
Wooden folding chairs are provided for your ceremony, along with elegant wooden cross-back chairs for the barn dining area. Choose from a mix of banquet tables and round tables to perfectly suit your dining room setup.
Linens for all dining room tables are provided to ensure an elegant and cohesive look throughout.
Up to 126 guests are warmly welcomed to enjoy the intimate charm of Cedar Bay Farm's upper-level barn event space, featuring over 2,000 square feet of elegant surroundings for your special occasion.

A beautiful green wreath is thoughtfully included above the dance floor, adding a touch of natural elegance to the rustic charm of the barn venue.
You will have exclusive access to the charming bridal dressing room and private bathroom at the farmhouse to ensure a serene and delightful experience while getting ready for your special day.
Access to the Fox’s Den is provided in the lower level of the barn, offering a serene setting where the gentlemen can comfortably get ready, unwind, and prepare for the day ahead.
Picturesque 10-acre property with numerous breathtaking photo opportunities spread across our stunning grounds.
Complimentary set up and tear down of all chairs and tables will be efficiently and skillfully completed by our dedicated staff, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you on your special day.
Complimentary parking attendants will be available to assist your guests upon arrival at our parking area. In addition, they can provide transportation via our golf cart valet for anyone who may require extra assistance to reach the ceremony site.
We will have valet parking available for your guests with disabilities when needed. Our team is happy to assist in ensuring all attendees have a smooth and enjoyable experience at our venue.
Cedar Bay Farm is pleased to offer couples the opportunity to schedule an engagement photo session when booking their special event with us. Capture the magic of this exciting time amidst the historic charm and picturesque landscapes of our 170-year-old barn and 10 acres of scenic property.
Cedar Bay Farm’s management will be on site for your special day to be sure everything runs smoothly (day of coordination is required for wedding events to be hired by client).
You will have access to our beautiful NEW bathroom addition and prep kitchen for your caterers.
Yard games provided for your guest’s entertainment include a variety of options to keep everyone entertained and mingling throughout the event.
