Cedar Bay Farm is a culmination of a dream we’ve had in our hearts for over twenty years. We love people, we love to gather, so what could be better than to have a lovely inviting place to do just that. After many years of searching, our family purchased this sweet property here in Lebanon, Ohio in the Spring of 2020. We have been renovating & curating the property and barn, and are so happy to be able to share it with all of you. Our goal is to provide a sweet, beautiful, simply lovely place to welcome you to gather. A place where you will feel like you’re part of our family, a place to celebrate, a place to worship, a place to gather. Whether it is for a simple dinner party, a sweet concert, corporate event or your wedding day; it will be one you’ll never forget!

Our Season of operation is May-October. We can accommodate up to 126 guests for your intimate dinner/reception. You’ll enjoy up to 13 hours of exclusive use of Cedar Bay Farm’s historic 170-year-old barn and 10 acres of property, additionally, you’ll have 1 hour of rehearsal time the week of your wedding.

Welcome to Cedar Bay Farm! We're Ben and Kelly Woodall, and we're thrilled you're considering our little slice of heaven for your special day. This farm isn't just a business for us - it's the realization of a dream we've nurtured for over a decade. We've always wanted to create a gathering place where people could come together and celebrate life's most precious moments, and now, here we are!

When you book with us, you're not just getting a venue; you're getting two enthusiastic partners in making your event absolutely perfect. We'll be with you every step of the way, from your first visit to the big day itself. Nothing makes us happier than seeing our couples' faces light up when their vision comes to life here at Cedar Bay Farm.

You know, we Woodalls are natural-born gatherers. Our motto? The more, the merrier! We love nothing more than seeing our farm filled with laughter, love, and celebration. It's been such an incredible journey to transition from dreaming about this place to actually helping families create unforgettable memories here. Every time we walk a couple through the planning process and see their special day unfold, we pinch ourselves - we still can't believe we get to do this!

Oh, and let us introduce you to two very important members of our Cedar Bay Farm family - our twins, Izzy and Harrison. These two bundles of energy are always ready to lend a helping hand. You'll probably spot them zipping around in golf carts, greeting guests in the parking lot, or helping folks navigate our beautiful grounds. If you see them, don't be shy - give them a shout!
